Smt. Pratima Gupta, a 1992 batch officer of Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS) has assumed the charge of the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) on 13th June’ 2022.

She has completed B. Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from J K Institute of Applied Physics Department, Allahabad University. She also did M. Tech in Advance Weapon Technology Course from DIAT, Pune. On qualifying through Indian Engineering Service (IES), she joined Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS) cadre in Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence in the year 1993. She has worked in various capacities in Materials Management Department, Strategic Planning, Administration, Vigilance and Finance. She also worked as Director in Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation from Oct’ 2012 to Oct’2017

Prior to her present assignment, she worked as Additional General Manager at Field Gun Factory, Kanpur, a unit of AWEIL, Ministry of Defence.
